Install Rust
Rust is on Steam. Make sure it is up to date; after a monthly update Steam downloads the new version first.

Open the console
Start Rust and press F1 on the main menu to open the console.

Connect
Type client.connect followed by the server address and press Enter. The addresses are below.

Save it
Once you are in, open the Rust server browser and add the server to your favorites, so it is one click next time.
